By using this website and engaging our services you agree to the following terms.
Services & quotations
All quotations are valid for 15 days. Work begins after the agreed advance is received and the scope document is approved in writing.
Payments
Standard payment schedule is 33% advance, 33% at design approval and 34% before launch. Bookings may require a refundable reservation deposit which is adjusted against the project cost.
Scope changes
Additions outside the approved scope are quoted separately before work continues.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the delivered website, app and creative assets transfers to the client. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Warranty
We fix bugs in delivered work free of charge for 12 months. The warranty does not cover changes made by third parties, hosting failures or new feature requests.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
