One page, one job, done ruthlessly well

Your homepage has to please everyone — new visitors, old customers, job seekers, Google. A landing page pleases exactly one person: the visitor who just clicked your ad or launch link, half-interested, thumb hovering over the back button. Its only job is turning that half-interest into an enquiry before the thumb wins. Everything about how I build these pages follows from that single job.

The anatomy of a page that converts

Above the fold: the five-second test

Before any scroll, the visitor must know what's offered, who it's for, why it's credible, and what to do next — headline, sub-line, one proof element, one button. If the ad said "AC repair in 2 hours", the page says it louder; message-match between ad and page is the single biggest conversion factor and the most commonly broken one.

The persuasion sequence

Then the page walks a deliberate order: the problem named in the visitor's words, the offer explained plainly, proof (reviews, numbers, photos, logos), objections answered before they're asked, and the action repeated. No section exists for decoration; each either pushes toward the button or gets cut. Even the navigation menu goes — every exit link is a leak.

Forms that don't scare people

Every extra field costs conversions. Name and mobile is often enough; everything else can be asked on the call you'll be making anyway. For India, WhatsApp buttons beside forms routinely capture people who'd never fill a form at all — I include both and let your data pick the winner.

Speed and mobile, non-negotiable

Paid traffic is mostly mobile and entirely impatient. Pages ship lean — compressed images, minimal scripts, no builder bloat — targeting load times where nobody has time to reconsider. On a phone the button sits under the thumb, the form fills without zooming, the call link actually calls.

Tracking installed, not promised

Form fills, call clicks and WhatsApp taps are tracked and wired into your ads account before launch, so campaigns optimise toward real enquiries and you know your cost per lead from day one. A landing page without tracking is a billboard in a forest.

Where landing pages earn their keep

Google and Meta ad campaigns, obviously — but also product and service launches, seasonal offers (festival pricing, admission season, year-end sales), event registrations, lead magnets, and testing a new service before building it into the main site. At their price point, landing pages are also the cheapest honest way to test whether a market wants what you're planning — some of my clients' best business decisions came from a landing page that flopped cheaply.

Iteration: where good becomes great

Version one is an informed hypothesis; real visitors grade it. After a few hundred visits we read the evidence — where people scroll, hesitate, drop — and test improvements one variable at a time. Conversion work is compounding: a page that converts at 4% instead of 2% halves your cost per enquiry forever, on every campaign it serves. Tell me about your campaign in the enquiry form, or book a free estimate meeting — deadline-friendly, itemised, and measured from the first click.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a landing page different from a website page?
A website page serves many visitors and goals; a landing page serves one campaign and one action. Everything that doesn't push that action — even the menu — is removed. That focus is why conversion rates jump.
How fast can you deliver one?
A single focused page typically ships in 3–5 working days including copy structure, build, tracking and mobile testing. Campaign deadlines are respected — tell me yours upfront.
Do you write the content too?
I structure and draft the page copy from your inputs — offer, audience, proof — in conversion order. You review and we sharpen together; the words matter as much as the design.
Can you A/B test versions?
Yes. Headline, offer framing and form length are the usual high-impact tests. We change one variable at a time so results actually mean something.
Will it work with my existing website?
Yes — landing pages sit alongside any site (yoursite.com/offer) or on a subdomain, with your branding, without touching the main site.
